NOTIFICATION ON OFFICIAL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR UNOFFICIAL TRANSACTIONS

Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024;
Pursuant to the Company's Charter of Thang Long Tourism Trade and International Travel Joint Stock Company;
Thang Long Tourism Trade and International Travel Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby officially notifies our esteemed partners and customers as follows:

3.1. The Company SHALL ONLY BE LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for transactions conducted through the official bank accounts listed in Section 2 above and which are signed and sealed by the Company's legal representative (Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga) or a duly authorized person.
3.2. The Company HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LEGAL AND FINANCIAL LIABILITY for any transactions made under the Company's name but conducted through personal accounts or any unofficial accounts of any individual or organization without the official written approval, signature, and company seal of the Company's legal representative.
3.3. Any agreements, contracts, or transactions shall only be legally binding on the Company if they are made in writing, signed by the legal representative, affixed with the Company's seal, and payments are made through the official accounts as stated above.
3.4. Our esteemed partners and customers are kindly requested to CAREFULLY VERIFY the account information before making any transfer. The Company shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, or losses arising from transfers made to accounts that do not comply with the regulations above.
This notice takes effect from the date of signing and supersedes all previous notifications (if any).
